Manufacturing Capabilities

Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting capabilities include CO2, Fiber, and Wire Electric Discharge Machining (EDM). We’re able to cut very large scale pieces, including a diverse range of materials and varying thicknesses, at very low tolerances.

CNC Milling

We offer 3-axis, 5-axis, and 6-axis (robotic arm) milling for a large variety of materials. Our capabilities include metal, plastics, organics, wood, and more. Having a large variety of workspace volumes, we’re able to mill very large pieces.

3D Printing

The 3D printers we have are capable of virtually anything you can think of. Printing in materials such as FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, HSHT Fiberglass, many types of metals, plastics, and fibers. We’re always improving our printing abilities.

Sheet Metal Forming

Offering multiple types of sheet metal forming like panel bending, press braking, and punching centers, we make sure that you’re able to get the exact look and fit required by you and your clientele.

Waterjet Cutting

Utilizing waterjet cutting to cut thick pieces of material will give you that clean edge, making it that much easier to finish in post-production. We offer both small and large table options so we cut anything you need.

Injection Molding

Providing an extensive experience on injection molding, we offer a vast range of material advantages, at various product sizes. We can build your mold for you, or you can supply your own mold for us to assess.

Robotics

Though we mainly use our robotics equipment with focus on research and development, we do offer services on a project by project basis. A few of the attachments we have include 3D printing, CNC milling, and laser welding.

Vacuum Forming

If you’re looking for large format vacuum forming, we got you covered. We make it very simple for those interested in vacuum forming by building the molds in house, or you can send us your already constructed mold to work with.

Concrete Printing & Casting

Similar to the process of 3D printing, concrete printing offers a different medium for those looking to make very specific pieces. Should architecture and construction laws allow for it in your city, we can print micro-buildings.

Urethane Casting

Using our other manufacturing capabilities, we make the molds for your urethane casted parts. By offering a large range of material types, we can cast different variations of your product, and at virtually any size needed.

In-office Services

Industrial Design Services

  • We first gather as much information about your product as we can. If you have sketches or a rough working prototype, it’s a good thing to share with us. Once we’ve reached a consensus regarding your project, we put together a design package for you to review. From there we move on to engineering.

  • We use a range of different software when designing your initial design draft. The main 3D modelling software we use is Rhino 7, Solidworks, Fusion 360, and Mastercam. We can take the models we make and put them into a photo-realistic rendering program like V-Ray, 3ds Max, Maya, and computational design engines.

  • In your initial design package you will receive schematic design documentation stating project overview details, three different design iterations, potential material selections, one rendered image, and key steps to consider while moving forward. We’re here to ensure your product looks and functions as expected.

Engineering Services

  • Once we’ve determined the design of your product, we create a foam prototype. We then gather additional in-depth details prior to starting your fully functional prototype. After we have all the information needed to build your product, we start to program our machines and source material for your build.

  • We use a large range of software to experiment real life use of your product. This helps us understand the materiality chosen and how durable it is over time. Some of the utilized software is RhinoCAM, Solidworks, Fusion 360, Mastercam, and Siemens NX. This software, amongst others, are used to visualize production.

  • In your engineering package you will receive a detailed drawing set of your product, documentation of materials and testing validation research, manufacturing/processing documentation, quality control procedures, and cost analysis of manufacturing goods. The package will help you determine a product solution.

Programming Services

  • Once your product has been designed and engineered, we offer programming services should you have a need for it. There are a range of solutions we offer, such as CAD/CAM, PLC, HMI (UI/UX), IoT, Robotics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. These kinds of programming take time and are often updating.

  • The software industry is something that is constantly changing, and most of the software we implement depends on the specific requirement of each product. Some of the more main coding languages we use are Python 3, C++, Java, and many others. If you have a preference regarding structure, let us know.

  • In your programming package you’ll have access to the source code repository, receive a full analysis of the coding structure, and a minor set of assembly/operating instructions (not a full documentation). This will show you how to setup your product and run it successfully, and how to diagnose/debug errors.

Value-add Services

Production Manufacturing

Our production team is capable of manufacturing your product in large bulk orders. We offer a range of bulk order sizes starting at 1,000 units up to 1,000,000+ units.

Product Assembly & Finishing

We can assemble and finish your product for you. All post production finishing, painting, deburring, etc. is available, as well as assembly and packaging your product.

Product Storage

Finding a place to store your product post manufacturing shouldn’t be difficult. We can store your product in our climate controlled warehouses; all product ready to ship.

Order Shipping/Transportation

If you need orders shipped directly to your clientele, our team can handle that. We ship and transport product all over the US and Canada, and can ship to Europe.

Component Setup/Installation

Once we ship or transport your product, we can set it up for you if needed. The setup and installation process can be used for larger projects requiring specific instruction.

Documentation

Keeping track of the research and product development can be time consuming. We can take care of documenting, creating white papers, data sheets, manuals, and more.
